Summary
Inclusive Horizons (InHo) is an Erasmus+ cooperation project focused on improving digital accessibility, social inclusion and employability for young people with sensory and physical disabilities across Europe. The project addresses barriers in education, training and employment by developing innovative digital resources, strengthening youth workers’ competences and promoting inclusive practices. Through research, training activities, local workshops, awareness campaigns and European networking, InHo aims to empower young people with disabilities, support their families and build more accessible pathways to education and employment. Its main outcomes include a multilingual accessibility toolkit, training pathways for youth workers, local employability workshops and awareness actions to promote inclusive hiring and digital inclusion.
