Personas Tutorial
A step-by-step guide on creating learner and educator personas. These fictional yet realistic representations of target groups will help educators understand their learners’ and their own backgrounds, motivations, and needs, facilitating the development of tailored teaching approaches.

Toolkit with Didactical Scenarios
A collection of practical, adaptable scenarios and teaching strategies designed to address the diverse needs of learners identified through the profiling process. This toolkit will empower educators to create inclusive learning experiences that cater to various learning styles and backgrounds.

Interactive Online Platform
A central hub for hosting all project resources, including the manual, tutorial, toolkit, and other relevant materials. This platform will foster a community of educators, enabling them to access, share, and exchange best practices for promoting diversity and inclusion in adult education.
